Participating in the Susan G. Komen Chicagoland Race for the Cure® with a team multiplies the fun, the laughter and maybe even the tears that you share on Race Day.  It also strengthens the impact that you have on the movement to end breast cancer.  Together, with your friends, family and co-workers, you make an even greater impact than you can alone.

Team Fundraising
Last year, more than 200 teams raised more than $800,000 for the fight to end breast cancer. That’s a huge impact! This year, our goal is for Komen Race teams to make an even greater impact. To get there, we are counting on your leadership.
One of the best ways to inspire your team members to fundraise is to lead by example and start fundraising yourself. To begin, view our Fundraising Tips.

Team Awards and Fundraising Rewards
Team awards help drive the friendly competition that makes each year better than the last.  Check out our team awards page for more information on how we recognize our top performing teams.

Don’t forget to remind your team members that any member  who raises $150 or more will be eligible for wonderful fundraising rewards ranging from tote bags and “Komen-wear” to flat screen tv’s and digital camcorders. The more you (or they)  raise the better the prize.
